refunds

all sales for ceramic work is final.

sessions are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend after registering, you can transfer your spot to another person in the case of a group session or we can offer 75% refund with at least one week advanced notice.

we cannot refund or make-up individual missed sessions in a series.

workshops and firings

deep roots studio is not responsible for any damage to the work due to poor construction of the piece, air bubbles, dampness or glazing defects due to glaze application, glaze fit or wrong glaze temperature.

we can ensure delicate handling of all pieces .

sliding scale on pricing for sessions

sliding scale pricing is a tool for social equity. we use sliding scale pricing on workshops and sessions in order to make ceramics accessible. sliding scale is available to those who need it, please reach out via email if this is you.

shipping

all orders will be processed and shipped within 4 business days. Shipping cost will be calculated by quantity and weight of pieces.

All pieces are professionally packaged in order to best protect items during shipping.

if your piece arrives damaged. please email me a photo within 48 hours so we can arrange for a replacement piece.

every piece is handmade and one-of-a-kind. The beauty of hand-built ceramics means each piece is completely unique with its own subtle differences and variations in size, color, and shape.
