My art is shaped by nature, culture, and personal history. Growing up in New Orleans, I was immersed in its vibrant rituals and resilient spirit, which deeply influenced my creative voice. My experiences and heritage inspire my exploration of womanhood, biophilia, and ancestral connections.

From a young age, I witnessed nature’s power to both create and destroy, experiencing firsthand the strength and renewal it embodies. These observations drive my work, reflecting a profound respect for life and the resilience of the human spirit. Through my art, I aim to provoke contemplation on alternative ways of being and understanding our place in the world.
